Background

AGHRM allows administrators/clerks to be able to view and search for employees’ leave applications on any status. However, there are possible scenarios whereby the leave transactions will not be reflected which are:

  1. Employee did not submit leave application
  2. System/Personnel Administrator deleted leave managers’ employee personnel record
  3. Upon searching the leave transaction, the filter was selected wrongly in cases whereby
  1. employee applied the leave element wrongly
  2. period was selected to the date employee created the leave application

How to:

  1. Login as administrator/clerk (Refer to Applicable Roles on the necessary roles to access this function)
  2. Go to Leave -> Manage Transaction -> Leave Transaction
  3. Select the Company and change state to ‘All’
  4. Select the Leave Element to ‘Any Leave Element’
  5. Select the period of employee’s applied leave dates from ‘Leave Start From’ and ‘To’
  6. Input the Employee’s ID
  7. Click on ‘Search’

  • Leave Clerk
  • Leave Administrator
  • System Administrator
