Background:

The administrator has access to amend employee’s leave application’s details.

Leave Application:

How to:

  1. Log in as administrator
  2. Go to Leave -> Manage Trans. -> Leave Trans -> you may search by employee name/ID, leave type, leave status -> click Search
  3. Click the Details button at the leave transaction to open the leave
  1. At the leave details, click Amend button. System will display the leave application details. You may proceed with to make amendment in the leave application -> click submit once done.

Applicable Roles:

  • Leave Administrator
  • System Administrator
